 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We just had a new hot tub installed recessed into our deck. We weren’t sure if there would be enough clearance to access the control panel without significant deck modifications. We scheduled a technician to come out and inspect, but Boyd was very helpful and was able look at the photos and videos to confirm we were ok, saving us a service call. Thanks!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Austin Pool Times were quick to respond to my request to replace the pool pump. I was happy with the work they did. Max was very responsive to my messages. The first tech stated that they would replace a valve. Since it was the first time coming out and my new pump had a 2” connections they needed to come back. Two days later a different technician (Boyd) came back and finished the job but did not install the new valve. He said that the valve was not needed. They dropped the price just a bit because they didn’t install the valve.
